By accessing and using the IceFishPro website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems

3. Equipment Rental Terms

3.1 Eligibility

To rent equipment from IceFishPro, you must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup.

3.2 Rental Agreement

All equipment rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement signed at the time of pickup. This Rental Agreement governs the specific terms of each rental, including security deposit, liability, and return conditions.

3.3 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the rental value is required at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit is returned in full upon the timely return of undamaged, complete equipment.

3.4 Equipment Care & Liability

You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. You agree to:

• Use all equipment only for its intended purpose
• Return all equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted
• Report any damage, malfunction, or loss immediately to IceFishPro
• Cover the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused through misuse

3.5 Returns

Equipment must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns are subject to an additional daily rate charge. Failure to return equipment within 48 hours of the agreed return time without notice will be treated as theft and reported to authorities.

3.6 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental date: full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: deposit forfeited
• Cancellations due to unsafe ice conditions as determined by IceFishPro: full refund

4. Safety Disclaimer

Ice fishing carries inherent risks, including the risk of falling through ice, hypothermia, and other injury or death. By renting equipment from IceFishPro, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with ice fishing
• You have reviewed and understood all safety guidelines provided by IceFishPro
• You are solely responsible for verifying ice conditions before venturing onto any frozen body of water
• IceFishPro is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from your use of rented equipment or participation in ice fishing activities

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the IceFishPro website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IceFishPro LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The IceFishPro website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. IceFishPro does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IceFishPro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
