How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 24–48 hours in advance for standard packages. Weekends during peak season (December–February) book up fast — sometimes a week ahead.
Is there a deposit required?
We require a refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the rental value. It's returned in full upon return of undamaged equipment.
What if ice conditions are unsafe?
Safety is our top priority. If ice conditions are deemed unsafe by our team, we will reschedule your rental at no charge or issue a full refund.
Do you offer multi-day discounts?
Yes! Book 3+ consecutive days and receive 15% off. Book a full week and save 25%. Contact us for custom multi-day quotes.
Is a fishing license included?
A fishing license may be required for certain water bodies in Uzbekistan. Please check with local authorities before your trip.
Can complete beginners rent?
Absolutely. We love first-timers! Our staff provides a free orientation covering equipment use, ice safety, and basic ice fishing techniques for every new renter.
